Immanuel is part of the Belvidere community. We actively participate through community events, service projects, and a variety of opportunities to be witnesses of His Word through music. Students from Belvidere, Rockford, Caledonia, Kirkland, Roscoe, Loves Park, and Poplar Grove travel to Immanuel to receive a rigorous Christian education that prepares them for success in their future academic career.
We are a family.
One of the main reasons our school is unique is that we are small enough that every student becomes an integral part of the Immanuel Lutheran family. Each student is important and a gift from God. Our small class sizes ensure that no child is overlooked or left behind, as we nurture relationships among our students, teachers, staff, and parents.
We are academic.
Our academic curriculum is enhanced by specialty teachers in music, band, technology, and foreign language. We also offer after-school sports and clubs. With the addition of a new science lab, one-to-one technology, and a Resource Teacher, Immanuel continues to offer a rigorous Christian education that prepares them for success in their future academic career. Immanuel is fully accredited through the National Lutheran School Association.
